Who we are

Sticky Brain Studio, LLC ("SBS," "we," "our," or "us") is a Wisconsin limited liability company owned and operated by Dr. Anwuri Osademe, PsyD. The Site and its resources are educational products offered to the public. This is separate from Dr. O Psychology, LLC (dropsych.com), which is Dr. O's clinical practice.

What SBS resources are (and are not)

SBS workbooks, courses, handouts, tools, and other resources are educational psychoeducation materials. They are designed to inform, teach, and provide practical strategies grounded in evidence-based clinical approaches.

Using the Site and resources

Personal use license

When you purchase a digital resource, workbook, or course from SBS, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your personal, family, or in-practice clinical use as intended. For example, a clinician who purchases a workbook may use it in-session with clients; a parent may use it with their family; an adult may use it themselves.

What is not permitted

Without prior written permission from Sticky Brain Studio, you may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share SBS resources with anyone outside your immediate household or in-practice caseload
• Upload SBS resources to public platforms, file-sharing sites, or open-access repositories
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on SBS resources
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
• Use SBS resources or frameworks in your own branded or commercial materials
• Use SBS content to train artificial intelligence models
• Use the F-O-C-U-S framework, the Sticky Brain concept, or any other proprietary SBS framework in your own materials or teaching without a license

Organizational licensing

Organizations wanting to use SBS resources across a clinic, school, health system, or other group setting must obtain a Curriculum Licensing Agreement. See the Licensing page for details.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including workbooks, courses, tools, illustrations, frameworks, characters, text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is owned by Sticky Brain Studio, LLC (or licensed to us), and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Sticky Brain concept, the F-O-C-U-S framework, the Contextual Continuity Model, the Sticky Bridge framework, and all Sticky Brain Studio character names and workbook series are proprietary to Sticky Brain Studio. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Payments and purchases

Purchases of SBS resources, courses, and memberships are processed through third-party providers (currently Podia). By purchasing, you also agree to the applicable terms of that payment processor. Fees are due at the time of purchase or, for subscription products, on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Refunds

Because SBS resources are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. If you encounter a technical problem accessing your resource, please contact info@dropsych.com and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.

Subscription cancellation

Subscription products such as the Concierge Membership can be cancelled at any time through your Podia account or by emailing us. When you cancel, you retain access through the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.

Consultation Network

The Community Consultation Network is a community directory. SBS does not credential, supervise, verify, or endorse listed providers. A directory listing is not a warranty or representation of any provider's qualifications. Each provider operates independently. See the Consultation Network page for the full framing.

Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as dropsych.com, YouTube, Podia, or other resources). These are provided for convenience. SBS does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL SBS RESOURCES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

NOTHING IN OUR RESOURCES IS INTENDED AS INDIVIDUAL MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH ADVICE. Please consult a licensed professional for personal clinical concerns.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STICKY BRAIN STUDIO, LLC AND DR. ANWURI OSADEME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SBS RESOURCE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sticky Brain Studio, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of SBS resources, or your infringement of any third-party right.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted on the Site.
