For Clinicians & Primary Care Providers

SBS ADHD Screener.

A clinical reasoning tool built on the F-O-C-U-S framework.

Dr. O will be demonstrating this tool live during her session on culturally responsive pediatric neurodiversity assessment at the American Psychological Association 2026 Convention. The Screener is an independent Sticky Brain Studio® instrument, not an APA product or endorsement.

Structured reasoning support for the screening stage of pediatric ADHD assessment. Walks you through five dimensions with contextual factor prompts embedded throughout. Produces a structured profile, recommended assessments, and referral language you can bring into your notes. Not a diagnostic instrument. A better-formed question at the point of decision.

How to use this: Have a specific pediatric patient in mind. Move through the five dimensions. Choose a response indicator for each prompt and add clinical notes as needed. Where information is thin, mark it thin, the profile will make that visible rather than hide it. When you finish, you can copy or print the structured output.

Which band is your patient?

The Screener adapts its prompts and recommended assessments to the developmental band. Choose based on the patient in front of you.

Development preview: This is a preview build of an instrument in active development. Full validation is in progress (staged content validation, usability testing, and prospective evaluation). The Screener is a clinical reasoning support tool, not a diagnostic instrument, and does not generate a diagnosis. It supports clinical judgment; it does not substitute for it. Full manuscript and validation pathway are in development by Dr. Anwuri Osademe, PsyD. Sticky Brain Studio® · F-O-C-U-S is a proprietary framework of Sticky Brain Studio, LLC.
