Clinician Programs

Three pathways for clinicians building the work.

Affiliate. Supervision. Mentorship. Three distinct ways to grow your practice alongside Sticky Brain Studio.

Each program serves a specific stage and specific need. The Clinical Affiliate Program is for licensed clinicians building neurodiversity-affirming caseloads. Postdoctoral Supplemental Supervision offers specialty consultation alongside your primary site supervision. And one annual mentorship spot is available for a postdoc whose work aligns with our mission.

Program 1 · Clinical Affiliate

Build a neurodiversity-affirming caseload with SBS as your infrastructure.

For licensed clinicians who want to work under the SBS clinical framework while maintaining their independent practice.

The Clinical Affiliate Program is small, selective, and mentorship-forward. Selected affiliates align their practice with the SBS clinical framework and gain access to Dr. O's referral pipeline, licensed workbooks and courses to use in their own sessions, and structured peer consultation with other affiliates.

Referral pipeline

Direct referrals from Dr. O's practice for patients whose needs match your specialty and location. Not a directory listing, real relationship-based referrals.

Licensed materials in-session

Use SBS workbooks, courses, and clinical tools with your own clients under an affiliate license. Bring the whole library into your practice.

Peer consultation

Structured monthly consultation with other affiliates and Dr. O. Case-based clinical reasoning, framework application, professional development.

What this is not

Not an employment relationship. Not a franchise. Not licensure-hour supervision. Affiliates remain independent, own their practice, carry their own malpractice, and hold their own license.

Winter 2027 cohort forming now. Milwaukee-area and PSYPACT-eligible clinicians prioritized. Applications open.

The affiliate application is emailed on request. Winter 2027 cohort applications close in Fall 2026. Discovery calls with shortlisted candidates follow, then affiliate agreements are signed with those selected.

Program 2 · Postdoctoral Supplemental Supervision

Specialty supervision alongside your primary site supervision.

Neurodiversity-affirming specialty consultation for the postdoc year, not a substitute for licensure-hour supervision.

For postdoctoral psychologists whose primary licensure-hour supervision is held by a supervisor of record at their training site. This supplemental engagement adds Dr. O's specialty expertise in ADHD across the lifespan, executive functioning, anxiety, neurodivergent-affirming care, implicit bias in clinical identification, and pediatric mood adjacent to neurodevelopmental concerns.

Critical scope clarification

This is supplemental specialty supervision only. Hours cannot be submitted to any state board as required licensure hours. Your primary site supervisor retains exclusive responsibility for licensure-hour supervision and patient care oversight. Your primary supervisor must acknowledge this arrangement in writing before it begins.

How to Start

Paid track

Mentorship track

Submit the fillable application PDF, along with a CV and a three-part essay response. Reviewed once per year. If selected, sign the Agreement (Mentorship Track). Primary site supervisor acknowledges. Mentorship begins.

Both tracks are governed by the Postdoctoral Supplemental Supervision Agreement, a standalone contract covering scope, confidentiality, and the paid or mentorship track structure. If selected, you will sign the Agreement before supervision begins.

Program 3 · Annual Mentorship Spot

One postdoc, one training year, no fee.

Selected for equity, mission alignment, and specialty interest fit, not academic credentials or career stage.

Sticky Brain Studio offers one annual no-fee mentorship spot for a postdoctoral psychologist whose work aligns with our mission of neurodiversity-affirming, equity-centered clinical care. This is a full training-year commitment: weekly 60-minute supplemental specialty supervision. Selection is at SBS's sole discretion.

Who this is for

Postdoctoral psychologists whose work centers on neurodiversity, ADHD across the lifespan, equity in identification, culturally responsive care, or pediatric mood adjacent to neurodevelopmental concerns.

Selection criteria

Equity, mission alignment, and specialty interest fit, not academic credentials or career stage. The application includes a three-part essay prompt designed to surface genuine fit.

What you submit

The fillable application PDF (essay responses + CV attachment). Applications are reviewed once per year. A response is provided to every applicant.

What this is not

Not primary licensure-hour supervision. Not a paid position. Not a training placement or postdoctoral residency itself, this is supplemental specialty consultation alongside your existing postdoc site placement. Your primary site supervisor must acknowledge the arrangement in writing before mentorship begins.

The application is a fillable PDF. You will complete the form fields directly in the PDF and also submit a CV and a written essay response (three-part prompt included in the application). Email the completed PDF plus attachments to info@dropsych.com.
