Concierge Membership

The whole library. Plus Dr. O in the room.

The library gives you the tools. Concierge gives you Dr. O.

Full access to every SBS resource, plus a monthly session with Dr. O herself, early access to every new drop, and a direct line for the questions that need a real person. Built for families and adults who want the resources and the relationship.

Limited membership. Small cohort by design.
Who Concierge Is For

If any of these sound like you.

Concierge is not for everyone. It is for the specific person who wants both the tools and the relationship, and who benefits from having a real professional available for the questions that come up along the way.

Parents who want a guide.

You have a kid with a sticky brain, you have already tried a few things, and you want a real professional to help you make sense of what is working, what is not, and what to try next.

Adults doing the work themselves.

You are navigating ADHD, anxiety, late diagnosis, or a health change. You want structured resources plus a monthly check-in with someone who actually understands the terrain.

People who want the whole library.

You already know you would use most of what Dr. O has built. Concierge gives you all of it, all at once, plus everything new as it drops. No a la carte purchases needed.

What's Included

Four things that change everything.

A carefully curated membership designed to give you the tools, the guidance, and the direct access that most people never get in one place.

1

The whole library. Every workbook, every course.

Full access to 100+ SBS workbooks, courses, and clinical tools. The Sticky Brain Series. The ADHD and executive functioning course suites. Health psychology handouts. The Thought Bots workbook. Every professional tool. Everything you would otherwise buy piece by piece.

Includes all future releases at no additional cost
2

A monthly session with Dr. O.

One 45-minute video session per month with Dr. O directly. Not therapy, but a real conversation with a real clinical psychologist. Use it to think through what you are noticing, get direction on which resources to focus on, or ask the questions that need a professional voice.

45 minutes, monthly, one-on-one
3

Early access to every drop.

New workbooks, courses, and tools land in your library before they hit the storefront. When Dr. O finishes a new resource, Concierge members get it first, sometimes weeks or months ahead of the public release.

4

A direct Concierge inbox.

Between sessions, you have a direct email line for quick questions, resource recommendations, and clarifications. Not for crisis and not for ongoing therapy, but for the kind of question you would love to just be able to ask someone who knows the terrain.

Common Questions

The honest answers.

Is Concierge the same as therapy?
No. Concierge is not therapy or clinical treatment. The monthly session with Dr. O is a professional consultation, guidance, and resource-recommendation conversation. It is not a treatment relationship, not a clinical evaluation, and not a substitute for therapy if therapy is what you need. If you are looking for ongoing clinical care, see the Therapy or Evaluation column above.
Can I use insurance for Concierge?
No. Concierge is a private membership, not a clinical service, so it is not billable through insurance. If insurance coverage is your priority, Dr. O's clinical services (dropsych.com) are available through Headway for eligible clients in PSYPACT states.
What happens in a monthly session?
Whatever is most useful to you. Members bring a mix of things: patterns they are noticing in a kid, questions about which resource fits their situation, decisions they are trying to think through, or just wanting a professional voice in the room to help them make sense of what is going on. Dr. O will guide the conversation and point you to relevant resources.
How is Concierge different from just buying the workbooks?
Buying a la carte gets you specific tools when you know what you need. Concierge gets you everything at once (which is a real cost savings if you would buy more than 3-4 things), plus a real human to help you make sense of what to use, when, and how. Concierge is designed for people who benefit from ongoing guidance, not just tools on a shelf.
Can I cancel? Is there a contract?
Yes, you can cancel any time. There is no long-term contract. You are billed monthly and can cancel through your Podia account, or by emailing us, at any time. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Is there a waitlist?
Concierge is intentionally kept small so Dr. O can give real attention to every member. When enrollment is closed, you can join the waitlist and be notified when a spot opens. Enrollment updates go out via email.
Why is pricing application-based?
Concierge is a small, high-touch program with limited spots and real one-on-one access to Dr. O each month. Rather than list a single number that may not fit everyone, we scope fit and pricing together during application review, so you know exactly what you are getting and paying for before you commit. If Concierge is not right for you, that comes out in the conversation with no pressure to enroll.
Is Concierge for parents, adults, or both?
Both. Parents use Concierge to think through what they are noticing in their kids and to get direction on which resources to focus on. Adults use it to work through their own ADHD, anxiety, health psychology, or identity work with structured resources and monthly professional guidance. The same membership serves both.

Ready for the tools and the relationship?

Concierge is for the small group of people who want both. If that is you, join us. If you are not sure, start with the free resource library and come back when you know.
